September Chapter Meeting – we need your attendance – ALL OA youth are encouraged to attend and help run our activities. Scoutmasters, PLEASE send your Troop Representative! The next meeting is Thursday, September 1st at 7PM, Minnetonka Community Center.
Chapter Conclave – October 7-9 at Camp Tanadoona in Excelsior – Please check your mailboxes for letters and information about registering for and attending Conclave. These letters are sent specific to your membership and include your OA ID. Candidates and members alike should attend and participate in the annual business meeting and elections. Help is needed in many areas from current members over Conclave weekend. Please plan to attend and serve. Ceremony Team Development – Our September Chapter meeting will focus on Ceremony Team preparations. Your Chapter Officers have been developing ceremony teams and we still have need for more youth to support Conclave. This month is CRITICAL to support of Chapter Conclave.
