Order of the Arrow * – Information for All Troops – As Of Aug 24, 2016

September Chapter Meeting – we need your attendance – Our chapter meetings are held at the same time as the monthly roundtables. ALL Order of the Arrow (OA) youth are encouraged to attend and help run our activities. Scoutmasters, PLEASE send your Troop Representative! The next meeting is Thursday, September 1st at 7PM, at the Minnetonka Community Center.

Ordeal Candidate Call-outs – If your unit had issues with call outs at summer camps or have concerns about adult candidates, please contact Associate Adviser of Membership, Jim Lindfors [email protected], to review these situations.

Chapter Conclave – October 7-9 at Camp Tanadoona in Excelsior – Please check your mailboxes for letters and information about registering for and attending the Chapter Conclave. These letters are sent specific to your membership and include your OA ID number. Candidates and members alike should attend and participate in the annual business meeting and elections. Help is needed in many areas over conclave weekend

Ceremony Team Development – Our next Ceremony Team meeting date will be decided at the September chapter meeting. Your chapter officers have been developing ceremony teams and we still have need for more youth to support conclave.
