2020 Lake Minnetonka / District M OA Chapter Conclave

Jake joined the District M Leader meeting on Tuesday to discuss the upcoming OA Chapter Conclave. Currently, there are 26 registered Candidates from our District, so it looks to be a good weekend for an induction Conclave to get welcome new members into the Order of the Arrow.

Below are some key points that Jake wanted to share with all leaders. Especially needed are Youth Leaders to work as Elangomats, in Food Service, and for Ceremonies. Given this is year’s event will feature our first large group of Female Youth, they are also looking for additional Female Adult Leaders to be on-site for Conclave.

  • Shorter Event
  • First Large Group of Female Youth
  • Pre-event family/candidate meetings (Thu 17-Sep & Wed 23-Sep)
