Volunteers Needed to Staff Pinewood Derby Fest 2020! Sign-up today to make this event a success!

We have an opportunity to get Scouting out of the church basements and into the center of the community on Saturday, March 14, 2020. I need your support to make this happen – We need staff to help our dedicated group of volunteers run this great event! Please Sign-up for a Volunteer Shift today!

We’re looking for both Youth (13+ please) and Adults to help run the Pinewood Derby races, the archery booths, and the craft tables. Shifts are 2 hours each. For youth, be sure to talk to your Scoutmaster (or ASM) on whether this time could count to volunteer hours.

Pinewood Derby Fest is more then just the Race. We have the opportunity to showcase all the great work of Scouting in our community! This is an awesome opportunity to promote Scouting, recruit new members, and simply showcase all the fun and excitement that we know makes Scouting successful.  At the Pinewood Derby Fest, there will be archery booths, the climbing wall, music DJ’s, photo opportunities, craft tables, a STEM Lego area, a Join Scouting Booth, High Adventure and Camping booths, and various booths hosted by the Ridgedale retailers.
