NORTHERN STAR RECOGNIZES ITS TOP VOLUNTEERS
The Council Recognition Dinner is a yearly event to honor the wonderful volunteers who’s efforts make Scouting happen. At the event, we have a plated dinner and recognize the Silver Beaver recipients for the year. We also have the opportunity to see a handful of Eagle Scouts receive a scholarship for college.
