Lake Minnetonka District - Pinewood Derby Finals

You are invited to participate in this year’s Lake Minnetonka District Pinewood Derby Finals!

2008 Lake Minnetonka District Pinewood Derby - April 26, 2008 - Weigh in starts at 8:00am

• All Packs are encouraged to send the top three finishers of each rank, up to 15 scouts, on to the District Finals.
• Each racer must send a completed registration, with payment, to the council office.
• Racer substitutions will be allowed with a note from the contestant’s Cubmaster stating who was registered, who will be the substitute, plus a $2.00 administrative fee .
• Scouts must present themselves in uniform to participate in the races.
• All racers will receive a commemorative patch.

• Top three (3) finishers in each rack will receive a trophy, and an opportunity to race in the Championship Race at 2:00 pm. They will also be advanced to the Council Finals in June .
• The top three (3) finishers in the Championship Race will receive an additional trophy.
• This District Pinewood Derby will adhere to the “Official Council Pinewood Derby Rules - 2008”
• CARS MUST PASS INSPECTION AT LEAST TEN (10) MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED START OF RACE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
• No Refunds.
• The decision of the officials is final in all races.
