Many of you have asked me what the procedure is for getting invitations issued to volunteers interested in attending training at Philmont next summer (2008).
Attached to this email you'll find the following forms:
- Brochure describing Philmont's 2008 course offerings and dates
- 2008 registration form for individuals
- 2008 registration form for Key 3 teams
- Spreadsheet for listing volunteers who have either requested a Philmont invitation, or to whom you would like one sent.
To have an invitation issued to a volunteer, FIRST fill out the spreadsheet completely, THEN send it BACK TO ME. I will ensure that your volunteers receive invitations.
This is a great opportunity to re-energize volunteers as well as to have them share ideas with others from across the country.
